Period Property, Brook Street, Broughty Ferry

This project has required a large amount of preparation due to the age of the property. This property had old polystyrene tiles on the some of the ceilings which were removed and required a substantial amount of repair which was then painted. You can see the massive transformation in the before and after photographs. You can also see the preparation that went into the walls in a bedroom and the transformation of a fresh new room.
